Job Title: Waiter/Waitress

We are looking for Waiting Staff for our busy and vibrant Japanese noodle bar based in Central London. You will be a part of a great team who ensures smooth running of the restaurant and provides great customer service.

A candidate must have good English language skills, be able to work flexible shifts including some weekends (restaurant operates 7 days a week, from 11 am to 12:30 a.m) and be eligible to work in the UK. Trial shift will be required.

The main duties will include:

- Customer service in accordance with Company’s Customer Service guidelines
- Full knowledge and advice customers on our menu
- Greeting and seating guests at their table
- Taking orders, helping customers and up selling
- Payments handling and cahsing up
- Cleaning tasks
- Timely communication on outstanding tasks
- Handling difficult customers
- Any other ad hoc duties associated with this role.
