Slovaks Going to U.S. Advised to Take into Account Air Traffic Situation

Bratislava, April 21 (TASR) - The Slovak Ministry of Foreign Affairs urged Slovaks travelling to the U.S.A. on Wednesday to take into account the most recent air traffic disruptions over the North Atlantic caused by the huge cloud of ash from the erupting Icelandic volcano Eyjafjallajokull.
"With this in mind we point to the need for accommodation arrangements, sufficient amount of funds, and travel insurance for the contingency of delay in U.S.A.," said the ministry's press department.
The relevant airline will provide information about possible changes to air traffic schedule.
