Bratislava/Istanbul, March 22 (TASR) - Representatives of several dozens of Slovak and Turkish business entities attended Slovak Days in Istanbul on Monday, spokesman for the Slovak Foreign Affairs Ministry Peter Stano told TASR on the same day.
"Slovak companies presented possibilities of cooperation to their Turkish partners in Turkey's largest city as well as its economic centre," said Stano.
"Slovakia and Turkey have recorded highly positive developments in their bilateral relations, which provides for appropriate conditions for more intensive economic ties," said Slovakia's Consul General in Istanbul Jozef Sestak, a former state secretary at the Ministry.
In addition, when it comes to economic growth, both countries share good prospects, while Slovakia continues to provide good investment and business opportunities and rating agencies have given Slovakia the best marks of all the countries in the region.
