Advertising Expert Offers Paul's Kapurkova as a Merry Political Party

Bratislava, March 16 (TASR) - Advertising and marketing expert Igor Brossman introduced the new Paul's Kapurkova (one drink for the road), Merry Political Party on Tuesday in anticipation of June's general election. "In this election, Paul's Kapurkova party represents the last choice for all desperate and disenchanted voters," said Brossman.

The party boasts one single member who happens to be a chairman as well - locomotive engineer Pali Vass. There are also three sympathisers to lend support - Brossman, Robert Lifka and Miroslav Svec. "We feel that people, disgusted with politics, have no way of letting our politicians know that the current situation needs to be remedied," said the sympathisers.

They expect to receive the votes of people who want to exercise their franchise in the election but have no one to vote for. Paul's Kapurkova party promises that if it gets to Parliament, it would have no MPs. It's these empty MP seats that should remind politicians that part of society has no political party to choose from.

The party Chairman and three sympathisers have paid the €16,596 deposit, required by law for every political party with aspirations to enter the parliamentary election. They expect to get at least two percent of votes, so they can get the invested financial resources back.

According to the SME daily, Paul's Kapurkova, Merry Political Party can be a marketing project, designed to advertise a brand or products, as evidenced by the fact that it's advertising expert Igor Brossman who stands behind it.

In addition, Brossman filed for trademark registration of Paul's Kapurkova, which should be registered under the alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages category.

Brossmann headed one of the biggest advertising agencies Wiktor Leo Burnett in the past, and currently owns Brossmann Consulting, specialising in 'alternative marketing'. He's also a co-founder of the Dobry Anjel (Kind Angel) project, designed to support families of oncological patients.
