Bratislava, March 9 (TASR) - Fuel prices are set to go up again as of Wednesday, with petrol due to increase by 1.5 eurocents and diesel to be marked up by 2 eurocents per litre, Tomas Novotny of natankuj.sk web portal told TASR on Tuesday.
The average price of the best-selling Natural 95 petrol will thus be slightly below €1.22 per litre, while the average diesel price will be about €1.035 per litre.
"It will be the third price increase when it comes to petrol, and the second increase as far as diesel goes," said Novotny.
The increase is on the back of an almost continuous rise in fuel prices on the Rotterdam Stock Exchange since early February, added Novotny.
