Petrol and LPG Prices Rose While Diesel Marked Down in Late February

Bratislava, March 5 (TASR) - The consumer prices of all motor fuels except diesel rose in Slovakia between February 22-28 on a week-to-week basis, the Statistics Office announced on Friday.
The price of 95-octane petrol rose by 1.62 percent to €1.192 per litre, while a less moderate price increase was observed for 98-octane petrol, which saw a rise of 0.88 percent to €1.254 per litre. The average price of liquid petroleum gas (LPG) went up by 3.99 percent to 49.5 euro cents per litre.
Conversely, the price of diesel was marked down by 0.1 percent to €1.002 per litre.
