Bratislava, February 26 (TASR) - Justice Minister Viera Petrikova acted quickly in the wake of Friday's escape of a prisoner from Justice Palace and dismissed director of the Institute for Execution of Custody in Bratislava Jozef Mikula, TASR was told by Justice Ministry spokesman Michal Jurci on Friday.
"The Justice Ministry doesn't rule out other personnel measures, and is also preparing to file a criminal complaint," said Jurci.
Jurci told TASR earlier in the day that the man who fled from the Justice Palace and is still on the lam was supposed to have been doing the cleaning at Justice Palace in an unguarded workplace.
This incident occurred only three days after a similar escape from the Leopoldov prison, where a 37-year-old convict sentenced for tax fraud fled from an unguarded workplace where he worked as a cook.
