Russia Opens Honorary Consulate in Kosice

Kosice, February 21 (TASR) – Russia opened its honorary consulate in Slovakia's eastern metropolis Kosice on Friday, the fourth such facility in the city in total, it was reported on Sunday.
The opening ceremony took place with Russian Ambassador to Slovakia Alexander Udalcov in attendance, whose office is located in the country's capital, Bratislava.
Russia's consulate in Kosice, put in the city centre, will cover the regions of Kosice and Presov. It will be open for public three days in a week.
Three consulates had been installed in Kosice before the Russian one came in - those belonging to Belgium, Spain and Turkey.
