Petrol Prices Go Up, While Diesel and LPG Prices Drop Late January

Bratislava, February 5 (TASR) - Consumer prices of motor fuels between January 25-31 were marked by lower prices for liquid petroleum gas (LPG) and diesel. In turn, prices of petrol, 98-octane petrol in particular, went up, Slovakia's Statistics Office announced on Friday.
LPG prices dropped by 6.93 percent to 44.3 cents per litre. Diesel prices fell by 4.04 percent to €1.092 per litre.
The average price of 98-octane petrol rose by 5.3 percent to €1.311 per litre. A more moderate price increase was observed when it comes to 95-octane petrol, with the price going up by 0.43 percent to €1.178 per litre.
