Hanoi, January 28 (TASR) - Slovak enterprises producing pharmaceuticals and health-care tools could establish themselves on the Vietnamese market, Health Minister Richard Rasi told TASR on Thursday.
Earlier the same day, Rasi held talks with his Vietnamese counterpart Nguyen Quoco Trieu, discussing the Asian country's plans to equip its hospitals with new medical devices. Rasi noted that the health-care infrastructure in Vietnam lags behind the level of Slovakia.
"With respect to health-care, we have two basic things that Vietnam doesn't have: capacities and know-how in producing pharmaceuticals and health-care tools," said Rasi, adding that Slovakia can provide not only a know-how but also logistics and specialists.
