National Highway Company Announces Three Motorway Tenders

Bratislava, December 22 (TASR) - The National Highway Company (NDS) has announced three tenders for motorway construction, TASR learned from the Official Bulletin of the European Union on Tuesday.
One tender involves the second phase of the D1 motorway construction work, specifically the section between Sverepec-Vrtizer (Trencin region), with the estimated commission amounting to €24 millions without VAT. The deadline for submitting offers has been set on February 8, 2010.
Another tender announced is for the construction of the R4 express road between Kosice-Milhost. The commission should amount to €116.82 millions without VAT, with the bidders free to apply by February 8, 2010 as well.
The third tender is for the D3 highway from Strazov to Brodno (Zilina region), amounting to €269.38 millions without VAT. The deadline has been also set on February 8.
