Warsaw/Bratislava, December 16 (TASR) - Slovakia and Poland enjoy outstanding and literally strategic relations, Foreign Affairs Minister Mikulas Dzurinda told TASR after his official visit to Poland on Thursday.
According to Dzurinda, there's room for further improvement of Polish-Slovak relations in interconnecting the existing motorway network, building a highway between Presov and Rzeszow and a North-South gas pipeline as well as support for the civic society.
In Warsaw, Dzurinda met with his counterpart Radoslaw Sikorsky, President Bronislaw Komorowski, Sejm (parliament) Chairman Grzegorz Schetyna, Senate Chairman Bogdan Borusewicz and former Polish President Alexander Kwasniewsky.
