Postova Banka Receives The Banker's 'Bank of the Year' Award

Bratislava, December 3 (TASR) - Postova Banka has received The Banker magazine's award of 'Slovakia's Bank of the Year', it was reported on Friday.
The magazine in particular praised record-setting growth in net profits, significant growth in all key parameters, the most dynamically expanding business network and, last but not least, the efficient use of market opportunities by offering simple, accessible and market-unique products and services.
The Banker's 'Bank of the Year' awards involve an evaluation of the best financial institutions active in countries around the world. The expert panel bases its evaluations not only on banks' economic results but also the ability to capitalise on market opportunities effectively, innovative approaches and the development of technologies that have an impact on the long-term development of banks and their standing on the markets.
Postova Banka is among the leading retail banks on the Slovak market, with more than 800,000 clients. The bank's main share-holder (94 percent) is Istrokapital SE.
