Turkish Foreign Affairs Minister Appreciated Slovakia's Economic Results

Bratislava/Lisbon, November 20 (TASR) - Mutual co-operation on bilateral as well as multi-lateral level was the topic of discussion between Slovak Foreign Affairs Minister Mikulas Dzurinda and his Turkish counterpart Ahmet Davutoglu, TASR learned from Ministry's spokesman Juraj Tomaga.
Both politicians agreed that Slovakia and Turkey co-operate exceptionally in the economic sphere.
Dzurinda pointed to the interest of Slovak entrepreneurs in the Turkish market, mainly in the energy area.
"Slovakia has, similarly to Turkey, very good economic results," said Davutoglu. He appreciated Slovak diplomacy's experience in Western Balkan region. Dzurinda pointed to the recent multi-lateral meetings of Turkey, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia, as well as to those of Turkey, Bosnia and Croatia, which contributed to further improvement of the relations in Balkan.
The Turkish Minister also confirmed his interest in visiting Slovakia at the beginning of 2011.
