Bratislava, October 21 (TASR) - Bratislava's M.R. Stefanik Airport (BTS) was evacuated on Thursday afternoon after it received an anonymous threatening message with as yet undisclosed content, BTS spokesperson Dana Madunicka told TASR later on the day.

"The operation of the airport was put on hold temporarily, passengers were evacuated and are currently at a safe distance from the terminal. Traffic to the airport has been halted and all vehicles are being diverted," said Madunicka.

TV Markiza reported on its web portal that an unknown person made a bomb threat, asking for €1 million.
