Bratislava, September 29 (TASR) - The running of the social enterprises breached the rules of state aid and the rules of public procurement. This is why the Labour Ministry wants to demand all the money allocated to the social enterprises back, said Labour Ministry State Secretary Lucia Nicholsonova (Freedom and Solidarity/SaS) on Wednesday.
"Virtually all contracts with social enterprises were signed illegally," stated Nicholsonova. Based on this, the Labour Ministry decided not to allocate any more money to the enterprises. "We will also demand the return of all that has already been paid to them," she said. To date, as much as €10.8 million has been allocated to the enterprises.
At the same time, the Labour Ministry also filed a complaint at the Prosecutor-General's office regarding this matter, said Nicholsonova.
