Bratislava, August 13 (TASR) - The latest opinion poll out on Friday reveals that the opposition Smer-SD party would have won a general election on 39.7 percent voter-support in July, ahead of the co-ruling SDKU-DS and the Christian Democrats (KDH) on 15.3 percent and 11.7 percent, respectively.
The survey, which was conducted between June 21-July 18 by the MEDIAN SK agency on a sample of 1,084 respondents, further showed Freedom and Solidarity (SaS) in fourth place on 11.5 percent, trailed by Most-Hid on 9.0 percent and the Slovak National Party (SNS) on 5.1 percent.
Around 39.7 percent of the respondents said that they would certainly have voted, while 28.6 percent would probably have done so.
