Bratislava, August 11 (TASR) - Slovakia's road-toll system provider SkyToll has met all requirements apart from one that concerns the effective collecting of tolls, according to a report released by an independent expert on Wednesday.
The expert analysed the individual parameters of the contract signed last year between the state-run National Highway Company (NDS) and SkyToll.
According to the report, 98.81 percent of the tolls due have been collected, while the minimum figure stipulated in the contract is 98.91 percent.
"The figure discovered doesn't represent a severe violation of the contract by SkyToll," said NDS, which will ask for a discount for the services, however, as it is entitled to do by the contract.
