Bratislava, July 20 (TASR) - The Slovak National Party (SNS) could be led by its current vice-chair Anna Belousovova as of the autumn, with the new party chair due to be elected at the party congress in September.
The current four-year term of current SNS chairman Jan Slota is set to end that month. According to TASR's information, a number of district and regional party structures plan to nominate Belousovova for the post of leader. They would like to see the leadership change hands peacefully, ideally with Slota and Belousovova reaching some sort of agreement.
No district or regional party organisations have announced any official nominations as yet.
