Bratislava, July 7 (TASR) - The head of the Freedom and Solidarity (SaS) parliamentary caucus will most likely be the leader of the party Richard Sulik, who should at the same time take up the post of the Parliamentary Chairman in the new government, TASR learned on Wednesday.
"The reason for it is that we are all practically new MPs and I have the closest ties to the MPs ... so at least in this starting phase it will be the best that I'll deal with it personally," he told TASR. As well, he will be personally monitoring the discipline of his MPs as to whether they take part in parliamentary and committee sessions.
Sulik's candidacy will be decided by party MPs at the opening parliamentary session on Thursday, July 8, 2010. SaS has the second-most MPs on 22 (SDKU-DS has 28, KDH 15 and Most-Hid 14).
