Bratislava, July 6 (TASR) - Leaders of centre-right parties - SDKU-DS, Freedom and Solidarity (SaS), Christian Democrats (KDH) and Most-Hid - signed the Coalition Agreement in Bratislava on Tuesday.
Chairmen of the four parties - Mikulas Dzurinda (SDKU-DS), Richard Sulik (SaS), Jan Figel (KDH) and Bela Bugar (Most-Hid) - signed the document, and the four were also joined by the soon-to-be new Slovak premier Iveta Radicova (SDKU-DS).
The act of the official signing of the agreement comes 24 days after the June 12 general election.
However, it's still unclear as to when the new government will be named by Slovak President Ivan Gasparovic.
The outgoing Cabinet led by Robert Fico said it will resign on Thursday, July 8 - right after the constitutive session of the newly-elected Parliament takes place.
Until President Gasparovic officially names the new government, Fico's Government will remain in place (even though the demission has been presented to Gasparovic). The president is bound to no legal deadline in this respect.
