Job Title: Team Operatives Required

Job Description: Our client are a leading fresh convenient foods business, preparing salads, prepared

fruit, coleslaw & potato salad, dressed salads and fresh food to go products to some of the UK’s

largest supermarket and foodservice companies. Our business is growing and as a result, we are now

seeking new talent to join our manufacturing teams. Our environment is busy/fast paced and cold

and wet.

Qualification Requirements: Basic English Literacy and Basic Numeracy Skills (ESOL Entry Level 2)

Knowledge: Previous factory experience desirable but not essential

Skills: Be enthusiastic and conscientious, with the ability to learn and work as part of a team. Happy

to follow a shift pattern working 12 hours shifts including weekends in a food manufacturing

environment. Ensuring quality and hygiene standards are adhered to at all times. Be comfortable

wearing personal protective equipment, and follow instructions from the management team.

Additional Requirements: All candidates will be required to have previous experience of working in

the food industry or FMCG environment preferably within warehouse/production.

Salary: £15,000 - £18,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Overtime: 1¼ after 48 hours per week

Additional Information: Bonus based on company performance, health cash plan, pension 3%

employer contribution.
