Staffline Recruitment Ltd is currently recruiting warehouse operatives for our client based in Thurrock. You will be working in grocery ambient environment where foodstuffs ranging from wine and sauces to confectionary, pet food and domestic cleaning equipment are placed in racked picking aisles replenished by High Level Reach FLT’s.
No experience needed as training will be given. This is a long term position. The main duties of the role will be the use of Manual Handling Equipment (MHE) to pick a variety of grocery goods - Manually stacking items in roll cages on ride on Trucks (LLOPT) guided by digital wrist computers (AMC) and trigger scanners.
Candidate requirements:
- Good level of English,
- Ability to work under pressure,
- Flexibility,
- Be available to work Weekends.
SHIFTS:
The distribution centre operates 24/7, you will be required to work weekends, bank holidays and double day shift or night shift (06.00-14.00, 14.00-22.00, 22.00-06.00)
Pay Rate:
£6.31 - £11.17 per hour dependent on shift.
