Gap Personnel operating as an employment business are currently recruiting for 4 Assembly operators for our client based in LL21 location, offering temp to perm opportunities.
Working within a busy production area, you will be responsible for building and assembling of horseboxes and trailers. You will be working from drawings so the ability to read basic engineering drawings is essential. Using a variety of hand tools and power tools, you will be required to assembly a variety of products for this leading manufacturer. All work is carried out manually working within a timed environment as products are made to daily and weekly set targets. Proven experience of working with hand tools, of working in an assembly environment is essential
This vacancy is on an on going basis, day to day or if put on a shift, week to week.

Hours & days of work:
Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.30am but there are times where you will be required to overtime from 7am in the morning or on weekends
£8.00 per hour raising to £8.73 after 12 weeks service

Other information:

Uniform is provided for all temporary operators.
Canteen . There is canteen on site but no catering facilities to buy food, however, there are vending machines and hot and cold water with the facility to heat up food from microwave ovens provided

There is car park available.
